Current Practice

 

In my work as a therapist I draw on experience with individuals, couples, and groups to help clients navigate through depression, anxiety, and the normal pressures and worry of life. With individuals, we focus on understanding and managing feelings, and on issues brought up by work, relationships, and family life. In working with couples I focus on helping both partners identify sources of conflict and use self-awareness and communication techniques to manage conflicts more effectively.
